Privacy, simply explained.

This notice explains the relationship chart at relationships.windwateratelier.com. It supplements the general Wind Water Atelier privacy policy, which also covers inquiries and consultations. These details describe this chart specifically, not every Wind Water Atelier service.
Using the tool
Reading users must be 13 or older. Romantic, friendship and business readings require both people in the chart to be 13 or older. Parent & child mode also accepts children under 13 when used by their adult parent or legal guardian. The entered birth dates check chart eligibility, not the identity or age of the person using the site. Use only information you have permission to use. Before a report is calculated, select “Agree & view my report” to acknowledge the notice and agree to the linked Terms and Disclaimer. This is a self-declaration, not identity or age verification, verified parental consent, or verification of anyone’s permission. We do not ask you to upload identification.
Parent & child readings
Use only your own details or details you have permission to use. Get a parent or legal guardian’s permission before entering another minor’s details. Charts for children under 13 are available only in Parent & child mode with their adult parent or legal guardian. The existing pre-report notice is still required; there is no separate age checkbox. If you are under 18, consider reviewing the reading with a parent, guardian, or trusted adult. Keep a minor’s details and report private. Each new report request requires acknowledgment of the pre-report notice.
Teen users and paid services
If you are 13–17, get a parent or legal guardian’s permission before using the chart. Use readings for reflection, not to label a child, limit their choices, or make important decisions for them. Purchases, paid report access, and consultation bookings for anyone under 18 must be made or expressly authorized by their adult parent or legal guardian. A free preview or access code does not create a paid order. Do not send payment details through the chart form.
Your details and chart
The tool uses the names or labels, birth dates, birth times, selected birthplaces and time zones, relationship type, optional relationship status, and family roles you enter to generate the reading in your browser. A nickname or simple label is enough; you do not need to enter full legal names.
Generating a reading alone does not send your names, birth dates, birth times, relationship selections, or generated report to Wind Water Atelier for storage. If you choose “Email me my report,” the separate delivery process described below applies. It has no report account or saved-report database, and Wind Water Atelier cannot look up a report you only generated here. They remain in the current page while you use it. If you choose a device-saving feature, the details, report and any notes described beside that feature may be stored in this browser on this device. They are not a private online account or synced by Wind Water Atelier. Avoid saving a minor’s reading on shared devices. Browser restoration or autofill may also retain information according to your browser settings.
Birthplace searches stay on your device
The calculator downloads the same public city and time-zone list for visitors, then searches it in your browser. Your search words, birth details and report are not sent to an external city-search provider. Downloading the list still creates an ordinary hosting request, which may expose technical information such as your IP address to hosting providers.
The city data is adapted from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. Names and fields have been selected and compacted; see attribution and changes. Not every village is included. Select the correct city and time zone; use a nearby city only if you know it shares the correct time zone.
Hosting and technical information
Loading the site requires requests to our hosting and delivery providers. They may process IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Browser-based chart calculations do not mean there is no technical data processing. This chart application does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics; provider-level processing is separate from the birth-detail form.
This chart also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives font requests and technical information such as your IP address and browser details, not the birth details or report entered into this tool. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Downloads, printing and sharing
PDF reports are generated in your browser. When you download, print, or share a report, it contains the personal details and findings shown in the report. Copies may remain on your device, in synced downloads, with a print service, or with a recipient you choose. Keep them private and get permission before sharing. Wind Water Atelier cannot delete those copies for you.
Full-report email access and optional marketing
Full report access now requires your own email and access code. We store email and access metadata, not chart contents. Marketing is a separate, unchecked 18+ choice and requires an email confirmation. Both WWA report tools use the same private contact list. See report access and email privacy for the data, providers, retention, and unsubscribe or deletion options. Declining marketing does not block access to the full report.
Emailing your PDF
If you choose “Email me my report,” your chosen email address, report name and PDF are sent to our report-delivery service and Resend to deliver the copy you requested. The PDF includes the names, birth information and guidance shown in that copy; a free-preview email contains the free-preview PDF, not an unlocked report. This does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. Delivery providers may retain the message, attachment and technical delivery records under their policies. We use limited, hashed address and network identifiers to limit repeated sends. Do not email a minor’s report without the appropriate permission, and check the recipient address before sending. Downloading a PDF without choosing email does not upload it to this delivery service.
Clearing details and contacting us
Selecting “Clear entered details” clears the form details and removes the report from this page. Cancelling the confirmation keeps the entered details but does not calculate a report. Switching into or out of Parent & child also clears the form. Each new report request requires confirmation. Agreement does not subscribe you to marketing. This does not delete downloaded files, printed copies, browser-managed data, or provider logs.
If you separately email a report or send details for a consultation, Wind Water Atelier receives what you send; the general privacy policy applies to those communications. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests concerning information we hold, or concerns about a child’s use of the tool, contact natalie@windwateratelier.com. Please describe the concern without sending unnecessary birth details. No system can guarantee absolute security.
